The project which lasted approximately 2,5 years, aimed at improving the development processes in 3 R&D areas at Siemens Communications in Curitiba, and to bring them to a CMMI maturity at level 3. CITS participated in the project by providing consulting on the CMMI model and support to Siemens personnel during definition, implementation and evaluation of the respective processes.
